WHAT IS PILATES?

Pilates is a full-body strength training workout. The concepts are based on concentration, control, centeredness, precision, balance and flow. It's not just an ab workout, but rather focuses on working the entire body evenly, effectively and safely. There are machines and equipment designed to enhance Pilates exercises, along with apparatus and props that can be used during mat Pilates workouts.
